~ PREVIEW QUOTE ~
“The thick, oily and salty substance composing the Sacral Plexus, "Cauda Equina," (tail of the horse) may be likened unto crude Petroleum, (Petra, mineral, or salt, and oleum—Latin for oil) and the thinner substance, oil or ointment in spinal cord, maybe compared with coal oil; and when this oil is carried up and crosses the Ida and Pingala (two fluid nerves that end in a cross in medulla oblongata where it contacts the cerebellum ( Golgotha —the place of the skull) —this fluid is refined, as coal oil is refined, to produce gasoline—a higher rate of motion that causes the ascension of the airship.”

Video Intro & Synopsis
Video Comment: “I literally shed a tear watching and listening, only because I've been on a 20 year journey seeking truth and knowledge about life and finally all my research is making sense and coming together... it's like that final touch that opened up a new higher level chapter in my life. Thank you.”
A huge thanks to Ryan McMahon, a fellow Walter Russell Cosmology student, for putting this all together and doing such a great job narrating this profound information. I expand upon it a bit below the video and offer some additional insights that I hope are helpful. Here’s what Ryan has to say about it:
“As a lifelong enthusiast of astrology, I've spent years immersing myself in the rich tapestry of historical zodiac systems, and the discovery of the 13-month calendar sparked a curiosity that I couldn't ignore.
The conventional zodiac we know today has 12 signs, but what if I told you there's an ancient system that introduces a thirteenth, unlocking a new dimension of astrological insight? But the intrigue doesn't stop there—what sets this ancient 13-month zodiac apart is its influence on our biochemistry.
Drawing from ancient texts, folklore, and emerging scientific theories, I'll guide you through the mesmerizing concept that celestial alignments can trigger subtle yet profound changes within the human body.
This video is more than just a presentation of esoteric knowledge; it's a passionate exploration of the intersection between ancient wisdom and contemporary science. I aim to spark curiosity and open a dialogue about the ways in which our understanding of the cosmos might influence our well-being."

So as the Bhagavad Gita uses allegory to explain the Divine Essence manifested in our bodily form, so too does the Bible as you have just learned in the video above. And what both of these texts are explaining is what yogis such as Paramahansa Yogananda refer to as Kriya Yoga Science. This holy science has been passed down through the ages and was included in the vast knowledge that Jesus relayed to his disciples. It is a tried and true pathway that greatly accelerates one’s evolution back to Oneness with God. It is through this knowledge that Jesus was able to completely resurrect his physical body, as explained in the following Yogananda quote:
“The principles of Kriya Yoga, therefore, are not the formula of a sectarian rite, but a science through the application of which the individual may realize how his soul descended into the body and became identified with the senses, and how that soul may be withdrawn from the senses and reunited with Spirit by a scientific method of meditation. This route of descent and ascension is the one universal path that every soul must travel.”
It takes quite a bit of self-realization and preparation to be successful with Kriya Yoga Meditation. One must have had success in mastering the the various aspects of the Eightfold Path of Yoga extolled by Patanjali in order to accomplish pranayama, also known as life-force control.
The Eightfold Path of Yoga:
Yama (moral rules outlining the behaviors from which one should abstain): injury to others, untruthfulness, stealing, incontinence (lack of control of the sexual impulse), and covetousness
Niyama (spiritual qualities and conduct to be cultivated): purity of body and mind, contentment in all circumstances, self-discipline, self-study (contemplation), and devotion to God and guru
Asana: right posture
Pranayama: control of prana, the subtle life currents in the body
Pratyahara: interiorization of the consciousness, through withdrawal of the senses from external objects
Dharana: focused concentration; holding the mind to one thought or object
Dhyana: meditation, absorption in the vast perception of God in one of His infinite aspects — Bliss, Peace, Cosmic Light, Cosmic Sound, Love, Wisdom, etc. — all-pervading throughout the whole universe
Samadhi: superconscious experience of union of the individualized soul with Cosmic Spirit
If there is something about Kriya Yoga that is resonating with you now, it is because of your positive efforts in this and previous lives. Our lives are the sum of all of our previous choices so it is always good to choose wisely and also to recognize how those choices carry on from life to life through the principles of Cause & Effect (aka karma) that are further discussed in beginning of The Water Liberty Project and near the end of our recent article Is the Simulation Theory True and What’s Really Behind it’s Rising Popularity?
“Only those who have acquired great good karma through the good works of many incarnations are drawn to the path of Kriya Yoga. They are blessed who have learned this technique.”
~ Paramahansa Yogananda
The Kriya Yoga Meditation technique involves bringing all the energy from the limbs and organs into the central channel of the body known as the spinal column and then consciously directing that spiraling life force energy up the spine and around the chakras until it courses through the medulla oblongata and reaches the brain where it baptizes all the cells in blissful light - which also removes the brain grooves of past seed tendencies and negative karma and naturally creates what science today calls neuroplasticity.
As this energy spirals up around the spinal centers, the spinal channel becomes charges with magnetism and then the ida and pingala streams unite into one at the point between the pituitary and pineal glands which then imbues the Christ Center (aka the Third Eye or Ajna) with this “oil” of Divine Magnetism.
Matthew 25:1-9: “They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.”
Our solar system operates in a similar manner with planetary spheres spiraling around the central sun which is revolving around an even larger sun - this propels solar systems to evolve into higher realms and ages. As within, so without. The central sun within us is the symbol of the Son of God, Christ, hence our Christ Center. So every time we revolve that life-force energy up and around the spine, we are advancing forward in time:
“One-half minute of revolution of energy around the sensitive spinal cord of man effects subtle progress in his evolution; that half-minute of Kriya equals one year of natural spiritual unfoldment.”
~ Paramahansa Yogananda
Check out this inspiring video of our solar system as a vortex - it is an excellent demonstration of what is happening within the body during Kriya Yoga meditation. This video is awakening and there is a deep knowing that may stir inside you as you watch it. Envision these same spiraling movement travelling up and around the spine:

KRIYA YOGA HISTORY by The Self Realization Fellowship
The illumined sages of ancient India were the first to discover the spiritual science of Kriya Yoga in the long-forgotten past. Bhagavan Krishna extols it in the Bhagavad Gita. The sage Patanjali speaks of it in his Yoga Sutras. Paramahansa Yogananda has stated that this ancient meditation method was also known to Jesus Christ, as well as to disciples such as St. John, St. Paul, and others.
Kriya Yoga was lost for centuries in the dark ages, and reintroduced in modern times by Mahavatar Babaji, whose disciple Lahiri Mahasaya (1828 – 1895) was the first to teach it openly in our era. Later, Babaji asked Lahiri Mahasaya's disciple, Swami Sri Yukteswar Giri (1855 – 1936), to train Paramahansa Yogananda and send him to the West to give this soul-revealing technique to the world. It was for this purpose that Paramahansaji established Self-Realization Fellowship in 1920.
Formerly available only to a faithful few who renounced the world and lived solitary lives as ascetics, these great ones of India have now made the ancient Kriya science available to all sincere seekers worldwide through the instrumentality of Paramahansa Yogananda and the spiritual organization he established (Self Realization Fellowship, SRF/Yogoda Satsanga Society, YSS).
MORE QUOTES FROM YOGANANDA ON KRIYA YOGA
“When the yogi is able to see the light between the eyebrows and to withdraw his life force from the nervous system to the five sense-telephones, he enters the state of esoteric tapasya (ascetical renunciation). His mind, being disconnected from the senses, then exists in a state of esoteric renunciation.”
“A devotee's life is never all roses and honey. God tests each one to determine the degree of his devotion. For many latent desires of the past remain buried in the spinal region ready to spring forth when conditions are right. These tendencies must be burned in the fire of meditation. The current which is revolved around the spine while practicing Kriya is so intense that it literally bakes the seeds of karma. So if you practice Kriya regularly, and with ever-increasing devotion for God you will reach the goal in the end.”
Get away from this world; not by flying away to a cave in the Himalayas, but to the cave of your mind, where you are free of the body and of the world. Practice Kriya Yoga, and you will surely succeed on the spiritual path. That is my own experience. The liberating power of Kriya Yoga sunders the prison bars of karma. I have never found in East or West such a great technique as this. Everyone who is a follower of Kriya and of this path of Self-Realization Fellowship will go far ahead. Meditate and see the results in yourself after a few years.
By the special technique of Kriya Yoga, the ingoing breath of prana and the outgoing breath of apana are converted into cool and warm currents. In the beginning of the practice of Kriya Yoga, the devotee feels the cool prana current going up the spine and the warm apana current going down the spine, in accompaniment with the ingoing and outgoing breath.
We can know God only by knowing ourselves, for our real nature is similar to His. Man has been created in the image of God. If Kriya Yoga is learned and earnestly practiced, you will know yourself to be a blissful spirit and will realize God.
Master of his body and mind the Kriya Yogi ultimately achieves victory over the 'last enemy,' Death.
